Theloffy is a premium handmade chikki brand built for the modern Indian D2C market. The project focused on creating a refined eCommerce experience that elevates product trust, improves browsing clarity, and supports faster purchase decisions. The design direction combines warm brand colors, premium typography, clean product cards, mobile-first shopping flows, review-led trust elements, and structured product detail pages. Key UX improvements included category clarity, responsive product browsing, simplified checkout direction, variant presentation, brand storytelling, and conversion-focused sections for offers, reviews, and product benefits. The final experience was designed to make a traditional Indian snack feel modern, premium, and scalable for online growth.
